Frozen 30 ml shortfill Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the guide shortlist — Bandungjouza
Frozen in Bandung: 7 units tested over 3 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
How to tell a good 30 ml shortfill from a repack
Frozen in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A frozen 30 ml shortfill from the starter options in Bandung costs about Rp3.15 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: frozen in Bandung works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen 30 ml shortfill really costs in Bandung
Frozen in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested frozen in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Bandung.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Bandung survives.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within Rp3.15 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
