Fig cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the budget shortlist
Fig in Bandung: 19 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Coil life, liquid cost and the fig habit
Fig prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp1.87 per 10 ml.
Fig cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: fig in Bandung works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a fig cartomizer really costs in Bandung
We run fig the same way in Bandung: same cartomizer, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested fig in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a fig bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
Where fig goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is fig legal to sell in Indonesia?
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.
How long does fig in a cartomizer last?
In Bandung we measured 2 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should fig start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
