How we tested Cream pen device here
We run cream the same way in Bandung: same pen device, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Bandung usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: cream in Bandung works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream pen device really costs in Bandung
We run cream the same way in Bandung: same pen device, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested cream in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.

| Entry kit | Rp54 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Rp1.92 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
