Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
A cola starter kit from the best options in Bandung costs about Rp3.35 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp3.35 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cola starter kit really costs in Bandung
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Bandung. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested cola in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where cola goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised Rp29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp3.35 per 10 ml.
