Citrus refill pack Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the review shortlist
Citrus in Bandung: 22 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp3.59 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at citrus in Bandung, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus refill pack really costs in Bandung
Citrus refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested citrus in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Bandung.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bandung: about Rp3.59 per 10 ml liquid plus Rp30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to Bandung?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
