Citrus pen device Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the cheap shortlist
Citrus in Bandung: 17 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Choosing a pen device for citrus
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Bandung. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
We run citrus the same way in Bandung: same pen device, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: citrus in Bandung works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus pen device really costs in Bandung
Citrus pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested citrus in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Rp36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp3.53 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for citrus in Bandung must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Indonesia |

| Entry kit | Rp36 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Rp3.53 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
