How to tell a good 30 ml shortfill from a repack

Citrus in Bandung reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: citrus in Bandung works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus 30 ml shortfill really costs in Bandung
Ordering into Bandung usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested citrus in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Rp67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.29 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
