Cherry pen device Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the budget shortlist
Cherry in Bandung: 11 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A cherry pen device from the budget options in Bandung costs about Rp2.87 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Cherry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp2.87 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cherry pen device really costs in Bandung
Cherry in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested cherry in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cherry bottle shipped into Bandung.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
Where cherry goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
