What caramel costs in Bandung
If you are looking at caramel in Bandung, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The honest read on caramel: 22 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested caramel in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised Rp61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp3.12 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Bandung survives.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bandung: about Rp3.12 per 10 ml liquid plus Rp61 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does caramel in a refill pack last?
In Bandung we measured 5 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
