Caramel RDA Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the review shortlist
Caramel in Bandung: 13 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
How we tested Caramel RDA here
Caramel in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you are looking at caramel in Bandung, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel RDA really costs in Bandung
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp2.83 per 10 ml.
How we tested caramel in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Bandung.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
