Caramel pen device Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the deals shortlist
Caramel in Bandung: 21 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Bandung. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Bandung
Caramel pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Bandung.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Rp59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.9 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within Rp2.9 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bandung: about Rp2.9 per 10 ml liquid plus Rp59 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
