Caramel mesh tank Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the price shortlist
Caramel in Bandung: 6 units tested over 7 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
If you are looking at caramel in Bandung, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp2.07 per 10 ml.
The short version: caramel in Bandung works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel mesh tank really costs in Bandung
The honest read on caramel: 6 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Rp58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.07 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for caramel in Bandung must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How long does caramel in a mesh tank last?
In Bandung we measured 7 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Bandung?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 5–10 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
