Caramel 60 ml bottle Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the order shortlist
Caramel in Bandung: 12 units tested over 4 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
If you are looking at caramel in Bandung, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 60 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run caramel the same way in Bandung: same 60 ml bottle, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: caramel in Bandung works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel 60 ml bottle really costs in Bandung
Caramel in a 60 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested caramel in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised Rp35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp3.3 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for caramel in Bandung must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.

On the last run in Bandung: about Rp3.3 per 10 ml liquid plus Rp35 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
