Caramel 30 ml shortfill Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the review shortlist — Bandungjouza
Caramel in Bandung: 11 units tested over 8 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Delivery, returns and what 5–10 business days really means
Caramel in Bandung reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Bandung are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: caramel in Bandung works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel 30 ml shortfill really costs in Bandung
Ordering into Bandung usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested caramel in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for caramel in Bandung must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Indonesia |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Bandung | 5–10 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | Rp54 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Rp1.86 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bandung: about Rp1.86 per 10 ml liquid plus Rp54 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does caramel in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Bandung we measured 8 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
