Ordering Jouza Hookah to Bandung: the practical version
We run caramel the same way in Bandung: same 100 ml bottle, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp2.52 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, 100 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel 100 ml bottle really costs in Bandung
Ordering into Bandung usually means waiting 5–10 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested caramel in a 100 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Rp41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.52 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 100 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
