Candy RDA Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the budget shortlist
Candy in Bandung: 16 units tested over 8 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
What the label on Candy is allowed to say
The honest read on candy: 16 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Candy RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy RDA really costs in Bandung
There is no single best way to buy Jouza Hookah in Bandung. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested candy in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where candy goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Delivery to Bandung | 5–10 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | Rp30 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Rp3.51 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
How long does candy in a RDA last?
In Bandung we measured 8 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bandung: about Rp3.51 per 10 ml liquid plus Rp30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
