The short version: candy in Bandung works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy pod kit really costs in Bandung
Candy sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested candy in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into Bandung.
Where candy goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Rp48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.79 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for candy in Bandung must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.
