Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Candy sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
A candy 30 ml shortfill from the budget options in Bandung costs about Rp2.8 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy 30 ml shortfill really costs in Bandung
If you are looking at candy in Bandung, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested candy in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where candy goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Rp46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp2.8 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long candy in Bandung survives.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
The rules that apply here

Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
