Blackcurrant squonk mod Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the online shortlist — Bandungjouza
Blackcurrant in Bandung: 8 units tested over 7 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Coil life, liquid cost and the blackcurrant habit
Blackcurrant squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Blackcurrant sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long blackcurrant tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a blackcurrant squonk mod really costs in Bandung
We run blackcurrant the same way in Bandung: same squonk mod, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested blackcurrant in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.

Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On blackcurrant the budget price and the premium price can sit within Rp2.98 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
