Blackcurrant pod kit Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the order shortlist
Blackcurrant in Bandung: 19 units tested over 9 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on blackcurrant: 19 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Blackcurrant in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long blackcurrant tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a blackcurrant pod kit really costs in Bandung
Blackcurrant in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested blackcurrant in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why blackcurrant tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bandung accept nicotine freight.

Not automatically. On blackcurrant the budget price and the premium price can sit within Rp1.83 per 10 ml once 5–10 business days is counted.
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
