Blackcurrant box mod Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the wholesale shortlist — Bandungjouza
Blackcurrant in Bandung: 15 units tested over 3 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
Coil life, liquid cost and the blackcurrant habit
A blackcurrant box mod from the bulk options in Bandung costs about Rp3.23 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The honest read on blackcurrant: 15 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long blackcurrant tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a blackcurrant box mod really costs in Bandung
Blackcurrant prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp3.23 per 10 ml.
How we tested blackcurrant in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Indonesia, not a suggestion.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why blackcurrant tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.
Wholesale lines to Indonesia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should blackcurrant start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bandung: about Rp3.23 per 10 ml liquid plus Rp67 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
