Blackcurrant box mod Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the guide shortlist
Blackcurrant in Bandung: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
How to tell a good box mod from a repack
A blackcurrant box mod from the starter options in Bandung costs about Rp3.23 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Blackcurrant box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long blackcurrant tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a blackcurrant box mod really costs in Bandung
Blackcurrant in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bandung the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested blackcurrant in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Bandung, since tanks and pods go first.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Rp36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Rp3.23 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why blackcurrant tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Bandung runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should blackcurrant start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
Do you ship tracked orders to Bandung?
Yes, tracked to 5–10 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
