Berry squonk mod Jouza Hookah in Bandung: the online shortlist
Berry in Bandung: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bandung.
What the label on Berry is allowed to say
The honest read on berry: 14 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Berry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bandung that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Rp2.78 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long berry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a berry squonk mod really costs in Bandung
Berry in Bandung reaches the shelf in squonk mod formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested berry in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Indonesia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–10 business days.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every berry bottle shipped into Bandung.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–10 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where berry goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bandung stocks.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long berry in Bandung survives.
The rules that apply here
Indonesia restricts vapes and applies local excise rules on liquid.
Retail sales in Indonesia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does berry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the berry blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should berry start at?
Start at whatever Indonesia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
